Cancellation policy:

During highlighted periods of the year (such as summer time and public holidays), our guests can cancel their reservation free of charge 21 days prior to the arrival.

If the cancellation happens between the 21st and 14th day prior to the arrival, then the hotel will claim 50% of the full price of the reservation as a penalty.

If the cancellation passes the 14th day prior to the arrival, then the hotel will claim the full amount of the reservation as a penalty.

If the guest arrives at the hotel and occupies the room but later decides to leave sooner then the actual leaving date, then the hotel will claim the charge of the first night as the penalty.

It is important that our guests do not have to worry about the extra charges when bringing their children to relax with them, therefore we do not count any fees for children under the age of 3 and only 50% of the price for children under the age of 14.
