SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Please follow the security instructions for your own safety:

The hotel is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

In case of emergency please call the Reception dialling number 0.

In the event of a fire alarm leave the building immediately! You can find the escape route on the room door. In case of fire do not use the elevator.

Always keep the room locked. If you leave your room please close the window and the balcony door.

Protect your valuables! The Management will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred. Secure solution for your valuables using the rooms' safety deposit box in your room for free of charge.

INFORMATION, SERVICES A-Z

AIR CONDITIONING
All of our rooms are equipped with air conditioning that can be adjusted invidually. The equipment stops working if the terrace door or window is open or if your key card is not inserted into the slot next to the room door.

BABY COT
Available on request at the reception.

BABY EQUIPMENT
Baby equipment is available on request (baby cot, high chair,baby bath, potty).

BATHROBE
The use of bathrobe is free of charge. If you want to exchange it due to a size problem, please contact the reception.

BATHROOM CHAIR
A bathroom chair is available at reception on request.

BICYCLE
For bicycle rental information please contact the Reception.

BREAKFAST IN THE ROOM
To order breakfast, please hand in the completed order form to the reception the night before. Room service breakfast costs HUF 1.500/person/occasion.

CAFE BAR
Our hotel’s bar open between 7.00-23.00.

CAR RENTAL
For car rental information please contact the Reception.

CENTRAL SAFE
To protect your valuables, please use the hotel's central safe, which is located at the reception and is available 24 hours a day.

CHANGE OF TOWELS AND BEDDING
Towels and bed linen are changed every three days. If you request a daily change, please let the reception know.

CHECK-OUT TIME
Please leave the room by 10 am on the day of departure. If you want to stay longer, please contact the reception.
Please hand in your key card at the reception at the end of your hotel stay, before leaving, otherwise HUF 1,000 per card will be billed.

CLEANING
Daily cleaning is from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

If you do not wish to be disturbed at the given time but necessary to clean at another time or do not wish any cleaning at all, please let us know by hanging the sign designated for this purpose on the door. In case you require any extra cleaning, do not hesitate to contact the Reception. Bed linen change or extra cleaning costs 5.000 HUF / occasion.

COMPUTER (Tablet Device)
You can lease a Computer Tablet at our reception.

COSMETIC PRODUCTS
Shower cap, nail file, ear cleaning stick, cotton pad, body lotion, sanitary bag can be requested through the reception for extra fee.

CREDIT CARDS
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, JCB and SZÉP Card.

DAMAGES
In case of intentional damages extra fee will be charged.

DEPARTURE
On the day of departure you are requested to vacate your room before 10 a.m. If you wish to stay longer please contact the Reception. Please leave the key card at the Reception before leaving the hotel, otherwise 1.000 HUF / card will be charged.

ELECTRIC CURRENT
The electric current is 220 V/50 Hz.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Our environment-friendly hotel supports several environmental initiatives. We are paying great attention also to the reduction of chemicals used, water consumption and apply selective waste collection. We kindly ask you to support our efforts. Let us save our environment together!

ESCAPE ROUTE
It is shown on the emergency escape map on the back of the room door.

FIRE
Every floor in the hotel is furnished with fire alarm equipment and fire extinguisher; there is also a smoke detector in every room. In case of fire the guests are alarmed by siren sound and are requested to leave

the hotel as soon as possible through the nearest emergency exit by following the escape route shown on the emergency escape map on the back of the room door.

FREETIME ACTIVITIES
At the reception of our hotel, you can choose from various information programs, and our reception colleagues are also happy to help you.

HAIRDRYER
Hairdryer is available in every room.

HYGIENE PRODUCT
Razor, toothbrush and toothpaste are available at the Reception for an extra charge.

IRONING
We cannot provide an iron and ironing board due to fire protection reasons, we offer our ironing service instead. The service is available every day between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., ask the reception colleagues for more information.

INTERNET
There is free WiFi connection available in the whole area of the hotel. For use registration is necessary.

KEY CARD
For electricity in your room, please insert your card in the slot next to the door.

LAUNDRY, DRY CLEANING
The laundry service is available every day between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., ask the reception colleagues for more information. We can undertake dry cleaning within 36 hours. Ask the reception colleagues for more information.

LOST AND FOUND
Any items lost or left inside the hotel will be kept for six month, except for food and liquids. For infor-mation about lost items, please contact the Reception.

LUGGAGE STORAGE AND DELIVERY

MAINTENANCE
Our hotel fixes any maintenance problem 24 hours a day. If you notice any errors, please notify the front desk, do not attempt to troubleshoot.

MASSAGE
Our wellness treatments, which provide a special experience, serve to refresh the body and mind. Appointments can be made at the reception.

MAXIBAR
It is located at the hotel reception and is available 24 hours a day.

MEDICAL CARE / PHARMACY
To contact the pharmacy and doctor on duty, ask the reception for help.

MINI-BAR
In the hotel rooms mini-bar can be found. You can add drinks to your room from the maxi bar at the reception.

MULTIMEDIA, ENTERTAINMENT
Our TELEVISIONS are Youtube, NETFLIX and HBO MAX compatible.

NETWORK ADAPTER
An adapter for international use is available at reception.

PARKING FACILITIES
The parking lot is guarded and monitored, but we do not take any responsibility for any loss or damages in your vehicle. Parking fee can be paid at the recepcion.

PAYMENT
You can pay in our hotel with cash, bank card, SZÉP card. In the café, restaurant, and wellness center, you can also request your consumption to be billed to your room.

PETS
Keeping pets (max. 5 kg) in the rooms is subject to an extra fee.

PHOTOCOPYING
Available at the Reception for an extra charge.

PILLOW ASSORTMENT
If you want to change the pillows provided in the rooms, ask the reception for help. Upon request, we provide pillows with different fillings and hardnesses.

PRINTING
At the hotel's reception, we offer the option of printing for a fee.

Informations and program recommendations about the region surrounding our hotel can be found in the lobby of our hotel, next to the reception.

RESTAURANT
Family Restaurant: Opening hours: 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.

The Restaurant is awaiting our guests with specialities of Hungarian and international cuisine, with á la carte and daily menu.

Breakfeast         8 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Lunch    12:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Dinner  6 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Room service from the Restaurant costs 1.500 HUF extra charge.

ROOM SERVICE
You can order from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. from the drink menu of the Café and from the menu of our restaurant, which you will find at the end of the information sheet. The cost of ordering room service is HUF 1500 / occasion.

SAFE
We take no responsibility for any objects placed in the rooms. Using the safety deposit box in the wardrobe is free of charge.

SAUNA
Our hotel has an in-house Finnish and steam sauna. The service can be requested at the reception between 00:00 and 24:00.

SEWING KIT AND SEWING SERVICE
A sewing kit can be requested at the reception, the sewing service is available from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m

SHOE CLEANING
There is a shoe cleaning machine in the lobby of our hotel next to the main entrance, and a shoe cleaning kit is available at the reception.

SHOE CLEANING SERVICE (24h)
For our Shoe Cleaning services, please ask our Reception for assistance.

SLIPPERS
Slippers are available for fee at the Reception.

SMOKING
All of our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. In case of smoking in the room 15.000 HUF will be charged as an extra cleaning fee.

SOUVENIR, GIFT
For gift shopping, we recommend the souvenir at the hotel reception.
We would like to draw your attention the products of our group's winery - ANGYAL WINERY - which you can buy at a discounted price.

TAXI AND TRANSFER
Taxi can be ordered at the Reception.

TECHNICAL SERVICES
If you notice a technical fault in your room, please notify the hotel reception. If you need help with computer technology, call our hotel's reception, our colleagues will help you with everything.

TELEVISION
You will find the list of available channels next to the television. The televisions can be used for Netflix, Youtube and HBO Max.

UMBRELLA
We provide umbrellas on request at the hotel reception.

VISITORS
Visitors should be reported at the Reception. After 10:00 p.m. only hotel guests can stay in the rooms.

WAKE UP SYSTEM
You can ask for wake-up call at the Reception.

WELLNESS
Guests of our hotel can use the wellness department of Park Hotel Ambrózia free of charge.
The Ambrózia wellness center is open every day: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m
